So I wasn't the one to take it apart, but I'm the one to put it back together. I'm having a hard time figuring out where the emergency brake bracket is mounted to. Also, there are a couple bolts on the transmission. They have nuts almost screwed off of it like somebody took something off and put the nuts back on so they wouldn't lose the nuts. Any info on what goes on those bolts and where the emergency brake bracket mounts? There is also another thing Circled that's in between the two nuts. Kind of looks like what the speedometer would go to but believe the speedometer goes where I have it. New to all this so any help would be great. Thank you.

I'm curious as to what others have used part wise to set up their emergency/parking brake? I want to use the original under dash t handle in my 1950 B2B and connect it to my Cherokee differential. I still have the cables that were on the differential and the equalizer plate. I am most interested in what cable to use that would attach to the t handle and intermediate cabling to complete the set-up.

I installed a 4sp OD in my '37 using one of the aok adapter plates. Very few modifications, but it worked like a charm otherwise! Now I'm without my emergency brake though. I had a thought that if I could remove the drum from my 3 speed and mount it at the rear axle I could rig up a mount for the brake shoe band and be back in business. I got as far as removing the rear pinion seal as the collar on the drum where the seal mates is smaller than the one on the original rear flange that I removed. I think if I can get the right oil seal in place I can figure out the rest. I believe the seal actually holds in the bearing too, so I am a little concerned that the one I get from the parts store will not be robust enough. Has anyone successfully made this modification? Any help would be appreciated.
