  1. no, i bought a channel on ebay, thanks anyway.
  2. do you know where i can get a window channel for the front driver's side door of a four door 48 plymouth p-15 special deluxe? mine is rusted beyond repair and i've been watching on ebay but haven't found one. I have a parts listing catalog that says desotos, chryslers, dodges and plymouths all use the same parts in their 4 door cars so they're interchangeable if i can find one of them. I might have to have one made. I learned that the clip has a groove it goes into and then pushes on in the groove to set the locking clasp over the regulator. It's hard when in the door because you can't see it, not as easy as when its not in the door. I practiced putting it on before trying in the door, i got it in.
  3. I have a 4 door. Is there a trick to getting the clips to snap on the window regulators to the channel. They're a circle with a piece of metal that clamps on the metal end of the regulator to hold channel to the regulator. It slides on a groove in the regulator then slides in place but ti's real hard to do inside the limited space of the door. an tips?
  4. i'm putting glass in my 48 and need any suggestions on how to do it. I tried watching videos on you tube but the only one i see is a 41 plymouth front door and it's not the same as my back doors which don't have the extra room from the vent windows.
