Hi all i'm reassembling my 52 Pilothouse and there is are small holes where something should be pop riveted under where the hood rests on the cab. Anyone know what should go there and where can i purchase it? Jerome

Hi all haven't been on the forum for a while. I need to know if anyone has had the original radio restored in their Plymouth. I'm looking to have a radio restored in a 47 plymouth Special Deluxe,or purchase a working radio. Jerome

Anyone know what residual valves to buy to run on 47Plymouth, Charlie's Disc brakes on the front and stock on the rear. Also what is a 31 Chevy worth, my mother in law restored car in the 60s and sold in the early ninety's. The guy who bought car hasn't touched it and the family wants to sell it. My mother in law sold for 3400-3600 in early 90's. 47 Plymouth

My fuel pump quit a couple of weeks ago and i ordered a new one from Carquest and it was a carter. Haven't installed it yet, will let everyone know how it works. Jerome

It's been a while since i've been on here. I have a 47 Plymouth special deluxe and have been slowly working on it. When i first bought it i put on a rebuilt water pump, had the gas tank Rhino lined on the outside and did the brakes numerous times. Last winter i put on Charlie's disc brake kit and put it in a new building i own. I need to find a proportioning valve for the brakes. In the last two months the water pump started leaking, so i replaced it with a lifetime replacement new water pump. After starting it up and running engine for 15 minutes i shut it off and didn't try starting it again for two weeks. A week ago tried to start engine and it wouldn't fire, poured gas down carb and it would fire. So i figured it is the fuel pump. Today i walk into the building and the gas tank is leaking gas everywhere. So here's what i need i need to know who sells a replacement gas tank,proportioning valve, and a fuel pump. Has anyone tried an electric fuel pump? My car is still 6volt. 47 plymouth

Just installed Charlies kit. I sent Charlie my spindles and he did all the drilling and tapping. The kit fit very well and i have used the stock 15'' wheels. I'm planning on putting on 16'' wheels i have, but haven't tried them on the front yet. I still need to install a proportioning valve. Jerome

What is the best way to remove king pins? Jerome

Hi everyone have been away for a while. I'm attempting to remove the spindle on my 47 Plymouth and need help. In trying to remove the pin that holds the king pin in 2-04-6 i can only drive the pin out toward the front about a 1/4 inch. Didn't want to put too much pressure against it. I'm removing spindle to install disc brakes. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Jerome
