  10. i spoke to a very nice gentleman at greenwich today and he confirmed they can certainly weld a cast iron manifold!! He said that a photo of the offending part emailed to him will be studied and a price idea will be given.Am interested as well since i think i have a crack in my exhaust manifold starting too, damn it!
  11. 2 ideas spring to mind,1) south africa ,maybe an old rhd chrysler there.2)there is a process (oxygen free welding i think) that can fix cast iron manifolds in London ,BUT,I would imagine ,insanely expensive! They are castironwelding in greenwich, would be interesting to know their price!!
  12. hi , i just fitted my "new" 802 radio ,about £300 including the ipod connector and an ipod dock that sends out 12 volts even though the radio is still 6 volt ,I bought speakers and made a mounting bracket by bastardising the old one behind the dash.It works perfectly and looks completely stock ,the ipod goes in the glove box.Even the different coloured lights for the different tones work!!Adrian James is the name of the gentleman ,cannot recommend him highly enough!
