  1. Thanks again Tim & Stephanie for a great event. Great people, great cars and trucks, great scenery, and great food. What more can you ask for. I am so proud and humbled for the trophy. When I bought the truck back in 1980, I could have never imagined that I would have this honor. I wish I had a picture of it when I first bought it for $25.00 dollars. Needless to say, it has come a long way in its evolution since then
  2. Tim & Stephanie, 2021 another great event! It was good to see everyone, (at least once a year). I realize how much work, effort and cost there is in putting on an event like this. I cant wait to see that Hemi in the flying brick! We have to work on getting that fork lift running.

  4. Thanks to Tim & Stephanie for going through so much trouble and expense so us Mopar nuts can get together. Good to see everyone again, even if it is only once a year. Another great BBQ in the books

  5. Tim, thank you for another great event. It was good to see everyone again. When I saw Jerry I said, it’s good to see you again how are you doing. He replied well we’re a year older. Boy that’s true! Even though I only see most of you only once a year it seems like we all pick up where we left off last year. Tim, I also wanted to say good job on creating the trophies, its’ my first trophy since 1979 thanks
  6. I don’t communicate much and I don’t participate in many car shows or events, but Tim’s BBQ is the one event I try to make every year. He is a great host and puts a lot of work in this event, much more effort than I can imagine myself ever doing. So you have a great group of people, great location and good food. Our love for Mopars gives us something in common.
  7. Ha! Funny thing about the dice, they were scented and as soon as the scent disappeared so did the dice.
  8. OK this is thw first time at trying to post photos. Hope it works
  9. You're absolutely correct about the door handle scratch guards. I bought them from Reg after the last time I saw him at the BBQ. They are the Pièce de résistance that topped of the body trim. Hope to see you at the BBQ this year Reg.
  10. Great people, good food! What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Jim and Tim are great guys! Like my father in law used to say, working on old cars (and trucks) keeps me off the streets and out of jail :-) Tim you got me curious about the Carter YF carburetors on my truck, so I looked up the specs. They are about 200 CFM each. The same bore and venturi size as the original "Power Giant" carburetors in the picture http://www.moparmax.com/columns/magnante/vi_6-7.html It's a great set up for torque but I guess I won't be able to taking the thing out to Bonneville.
