  1. When I get a chance I will post some pics. The car is a 1 owner survivor. (It was parked in 1980) Bad front floorboards and rockers, but the rest is pretty good. Mice have tore up the front seat and they made a nice nest with that material in the air cleaner canister. I cleaned it out and the car fired up easily. It runs well with no smoke. I am driving as is for now, but I will begin a frame-off restoration this fall.
  2. Chris, I found the 3 front hood trim parts on ebay last fall. If I see more at any swap meets or online I'll let you know.
  3. I stopped and purchased a rebuilt R10 overdrive unit and machined head for my 1955 plaza suburban (2dr) on Monday. If you get the chance to talk with him and go for a ride in his 51' sedan, don't pass it up. I spent over an hour listening and gathering as much knowledge as I could. His Lhead sedan is a real runner!! He has a bunch of great projects going on and is extreemly knowledgable about everything old mopar. I plan on getting a custom cam from him in the future. I am planning to begin a full frame off restoration for my wagon this fall. I am currently collecting parts. I really need the windshield trim from a 55' Belvedere or Savoy to dress up the plaza front end.
