  1. Todd, August 23rd works for me. Hopefully we are moved into the new house by then, I'm starting to wonder with the way this winter has been. I got a late start since I needed a variance for the front yard setback. Foundation should have been poured today, will see in the morning when I get home from work.
  2. Merle thanks for the great day and your hospitality, Sue and I enjoyed every minute. My first road trip in the Ol Dodge and it was a blast heading north with Big Red in the mirror... oh ya I could see Brad's smiling face all the way up and back home in my mirror, so I know he enjoyed it. We really enjoyed meeting everyone today and made some new friends, can't wait to do it again wherever it maybe. Thank you again Found my gas leak. coming from around the sending unit nut, not the filler tube.
  3. Merle, Let me know if there is anything specific you would like me to bring. Looking forward to driving up Tim
  4. We are planning on going. Brad maybe we can meet up and head north together, do you have a good tow strap in Big Red?
  5. Merle, We are in, should be a great day. Let me know what we need to do, and what to bring. I may need the number of a reliable "hook" to get there Looking forward to this, Tim
  6. Merle I've been hibernating all winter in my den. I need to check the date with the wifee since that would be the weekend of our anniversary, 26 yrs and she's still putting up with me!! I will let you know but it sounds like a good time. Hopefully we can get together this summer before September, I need to get this truck out on the road. The wife told me last week to get off my butt and get those license plates before she sells it.
  7. I had mine done at www.advanceddistributors.com, (612)-804-5543. Talk to Jeff
  8. Darrell, Call Jeff at Advanced Distributors,(612)-804-5543. I sent mine to him this past summer for a complete rebuild. He was a great guy to deal with, the distributor was returned like new, and all in a couple of weeks. Hope that helps, Tim Advanced Distributors 17495 Marystown Road Shakopee, MN 55379 (612)-804-5543
  9. I spent to much time chasing in an attempt to stop mine from leaking. Purchased a new one from Advanced auto parts, my engine thanked me. Mine was a Sealed Power #224-4160 Advanced Auto $115.19 after coupon code P20 with free shipping Rock Auto $108.79 + shipping Hope that helps, Tim
  10. Mark, I have used JB weld twice... Once to repair a few cracks in my row boat, and at the firehouse to repair a pin hole leak on the radiator of the generator. Both times it worked great and stopped the leaks, and that was a few years ago. Still holding today. Make sure the area is clean prior to use. The row boat looked like that AFLAC commercial prior to the JB weld. Tim
  11. Now we know what Mark and Ed were doing in the truck for 4 hrs... That's their story and their sticking to it
  12. Anybody have an idea what this emblem may belong to, I found it in my parts box and figured somebody may need it.
  13. The Cabela's here has them, $19.95 + tx. Only available in long sleeve and had all sizes available. If you wanted one and don't have access to a Cabela's pm me. I'm not sure if they are available in the catalog.
  14. I'm working next door to Cabela's, will check this out tomorrow and let you know what I see. Maybe I'll get lucky and find a few on the rack.
  15. Oldmoparts sent me one a couple weeks ago, $69.50 for rebuilt plus a $30 core charge. Checked around, best I could find Tim
