  1. Great! Looking forward to helping you with your project. Wayne
  2. Greetings! Just letting you know that Plymouth Doctor Restoration Parts is still alive, well and still in the replacement part business! Unfortunately, my domain name did not get renewed and I am taking the opportunity to rebuild the site (something that has not been done in about 5 years) to include all of our inventory and more user friendly. Never-the-less, you can reach me at 517-625-7596 or by e-mail at plymouthdoctor@aol.com Wayne
  3. Thank you for the information and detailed photos! More than I expected!!
  4. Can anyone tell me for sure if the upper and lower rear seat cushions from a 47 coupe will work in a '48 convertible? Thanks, Wayne
  5. If you decide to replace the metal, I have both inner and outer repair sections for coupe or sedan deck/trunk lids available for the P-15 and trunk lid repair sections for the D-24 sedans. Wayne R. Brandon Plymouth Doctor Restoration Parts 517-285-3675
  6. Tom Bryant did indeed pass away and I am told that those involved with his business (his wife and others) intend to keep it going. Be patient with them as they learn how to function without their leader.
  7. Joe, I have been working with a local producer to create replacement floor mats for 1935 - 1941 Chrysler products and have been pleased with the results. As it happens, I have an exceptionally good mat in my 1950 that could be used for a pattern in making the die to be used in the production process. If there are 20 restorers out there that would commit to buying them, I would initiate the process and bring them to market. This part would include the part number and be made in black urethane at the same mill thickness as the original. (I do not like "fitz-all" reproduction items so will assure that this mat passes the "authenticity" test) Generic mats can be purchased for around $100 or you can sometimes catch a NOS mat on e-bay at prices that are all over the place. The retail price for this mat would be $249 plus shipping. Let me know if you are interested and let's see what kind of enthusiasm there is for the idea.
