  1. I'm interested! I'm getting ready to start several projects on my wife's 52 B3B and the projects should all be finished by then. Keep me posted.
  2. Great picture! Looks like something you'd see in a high end art gallery!!
  3. When I bought the truck, it had been sitting in a garage for almost 20 years. I did the typical things you expect for something that has been sitting that long...brakes, fluids, points, plugs, drained/cleaned fuel system (tank to carb), new tires and replaced hoses and belts. I converted it to 12v. It has what looks to be the original bed, and I have all the records since new. It had a repaint the year before being parked. The man that owned the truck passed away and his wife parked it. I bought it from her for my wife who loves old trucks. She drives it fairly regularly. One of the appeals of the truck was that it was in really good shape but not so nice that you're afraid to drive it. Also the engineering in these Pilothouse Dodges make them so much more drivable than other old trucks I've owned. They just steer and stop better. That was a big plus considering my wife would be driving it a lot. I'd love to find a 3.73 rear end to make it a little easier to drive 55 or 60. It was tough driving it in the hot sweltering North Carolina summers but now that we're in the Pacific Northwest, I think it's going to be a joy to drive year round.
  4. Nice truck Dan. My wife and I just moved to Washington State from Washington, NC.
  5. I'm a new member on this forum, but I've owned my B3 for a couple of years. In the interest of full disclosure, my wife claims it's her truck. I'm really enjoying the site and there's tons of valuable information here. Thanks to everyone who contributes.
