  1. Did you try Roberts? They show one in the on line catalog. 80 Bucks. http://www.robertsmotorparts.com/truck_parts.asp?Action=search&c=Trucks+%2D+Floor+Mats
  2. I picked these up on eBay for next to nothing and wondered if any of you electrical gurus could tell me how to hook one up to a 6 volt flattie. They have 2 terminals on the back. I am assuming they are 6 volt because they max out at only 5K. Do I just hook each terminal to the + and - terminals on the coil er what:confused:
  3. 1st gear on one the old 4 speeds is for pulling stumps. 2nd gear is very similar if not the same as 1st on a 3 speed.
  4. Now I don't care who you are . That's funny I'm LOLTM
  5. Oh God !!! I made the mistake of showing my wife this thread and playing The Man Song for her. Now she's insisting I learn the lyrics by our 13th anniversary.
  6. J C Whitney carries it Dave. http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/ItemBrowse/c-10114/s-10101/p-100000210275/mediaCode-ZX/appId-100000210275/Pr-p_CATENTRY_ID:100000210275
  7. Well Don, I was going to but the Little Woman asked if it would be OK if she sandblasted the cement off of it after she was done with the truck. She was beginning to get a little bored with all my under dash work so this new sandblasting thing was still fun for her.
  8. Yeah...I guess Ford has been copying Dodge for decades. Actually that fender step is really meant for the tall side boxes I think. If ya look close at the photo you'll see a speaker magnet at the bottom of the step helping it pose for the photo. Hey...how come nobody has teased me about the chrome fender welt? Better hurry cause it's going soon.
  9. I don't think the trucks came from the factory with any hooks. Mine had holes drilled on each side for 4 so I installed that many to fill the holes. At least 2 on each side would do the trick for most jobs.
  10. Hmmmm....I guess I should submit an article entitled "How To Make Sandblasting Seem Irresistible To Her" Or "Have A Blast And Stay Fat"
  11. Yeah, I've been meaning to take it back in to Maxwell Coach Works and have a door installed behind the back seat. If your friend from Texas wants to have a look at my old MOPAR beaters have him look me up.
  12. I just put a 20 " Cherry Bomb on my 38 w/230 as a tempory measure until I install my split exhaust. The old system was ahangin and aclangin. I just ended the pipe in front of the rear tire. I love the sound but I've noticed I'm saying WHAT??? more lately. $17.00 at NAPA.
  13. My 42 Bizzy coupe's pretty darned stock ceptin for the camper conversion. She goes down hill real nice now.
  14. Here's J Lo Because of her Trasero Hermoso.
  15. I'm going to try and make it. Where's the "Dead Fly Diner" Jim ?
  16. Is yours missing Dan ? If so you can buy an adjustable one at the auto parts store. Drain your old oil and fill with the proper amount and then set the new stick to read full.
  17. Love that COE. Gotta do mine one of these days.
  18. Sure it will Ed. All ya gotta do is hang an oil can over the back tire and poke a hole in the can.
  19. That's one tough lookin truck ! I like the color too. Nice work. What color will you paint the rims?
  20. John, If this full flow filter will work it's yours for the cost of shipping. However.......There is one string attached. If I ever make it to your neck of the woods I'll expect a ride.
  21. Yeah...but what about all that extra weight you are carrying around? Just kidding That a good idea !
  22. Marty, Are these 6 or 12 volt?
  23. My 38 Dodge coupe has one mounted real proud right on the firewall. It's about 8" tall by 2 1/4 in diameter. Looks stock to me. Could it be or is it an after market thing?
  24. Yup. Is it too late to put it in the box with the pump?
