  1. This is Lisa and I just read this. You are in trouble. The mantal belongs to me. Don owns the garage and his man cave office. I own the rest.
  2. This is Lisa Coatney......... I have actually seen Don in a dress.... it was a long one however, on Holloween in the 80"s This is Lisa again.........You guys, let me tell you, the undercoatney is a very scarey sight! I did see it once or twice in the last 25+ years, and once you have seen it, it is forever ingraved in your memory. Something right up there with The Grand Canyon, Niagra Falls, the Pyrimids of Egypt, The White Cliffs of Dover.......... Lisa again........ Know what you mean Norm............... Lisa here......... I have never seen those legs connected to that body...... doesn't mean that they were never on his body! Lisa here..... You are right Tim, I hate to let him out of the house anyway.
  3. Today I drove (not in my Plymouth this time) to Washington, DC. I will be here for three weeks. This stint ends the Saturday before turkey day week and my wife is flying up for the big climax (read what ever you conger up here). Lisa and I are taking a dinner cruse (sponsored by my employer) that Saturday up the Potomac River to catch the night lights in Capitol City while munching on some prime rib. On my last road trip I mentioned that I did not see any old cars worth mentioning. On my trip today I drove up on a really nice looking 1936 Ford Coupe. The tag on the back read “HOT36ROD”. Had dual exhaust and I suspect it was an overhead V-8? Also there was a 59-60 finned Crashler on a trailer, an early 50’s Chevy burb (Subdivision) going the opposite direction, and a purple duce coupe on a trailer. Guess the old car hobby is alive and well in Virginia.
  4. John; Any goats in your neighborhood? They do walk on car hoods. Least after the bang you could have goat stew
  5. Glenn; I am not sure what color they powder coated the engine in 1942. Actually I am not sure that powder coating was even invented in 1942. If you want to keep the car as original as possible use silver paint.
  6. Tim Hmmmmm! I HAVE THE ANSWER FOR YOU GUYS. I WILL QUIT WORK AND QUIT GETTING UP AT 4:00 IN THE MORNING TO GET TO WORK. WORKS FOR ME. THEN I DON'T NEED "DON'S" GARAGE! FREEZE THE DOOR. YOU'LL FIND OUT JUST HOW COLD "FREEZE" IS. Lisa Coatney
