  1. AMEN to rewire with heavy gage Orig. wire ! ! I found some orig wire thru a tractor guy Nice stuff then soldered it all& used shrink fit tubing ( Great stuff!) as you say Bright lites !! I also Put reflector materal Behind the turn & stop lites which helps too ......Hey, Has Any body heard of 6 volt LEDS ?? that would be great ! Enjoy the ride ! Nu

Hey Tom , These car are simple to learn , and it is a good idea to do so, as there are less and less of Us Old Farts every Year that have grown up with these fine cars,Hang in there and try your best to learn about your car....This SITE , along with the guys that make it what it is , The Best!   6. Hang in there Allen ,Been there done that a few to many times! But with this down turning Econ..It could be way worse.. try something New ,Work at 2 or 3 part timers etc and some thing will hopfully come up for you. I think it is always Best to have Muti Talents to fall back on.......Me I am Retired now But work Part time as Carpenter ,W,elder Mechanic ,electrician .. etc &Then I stay Busy helping others at a wage they can aford and give me some extra $$ to Play with.. Hi ,well I have some OLD info Taught to Me By an OLD mechanic back in the 60's He aways took off his filter ?, then took out the Presure plunger and added small washers for adjusting the flow to suit him Usually 60 to 80 LBS ! YIKES well I started doing this also,but not as radical !!LOL ! and it works good ,so As I see it, a guy could CUT off the High Pressure spring then add the small washers to get it where ever you wanted..Also I had a 49 New Yorker With the Str.8 Cyl that Had an ADJUST IN ITS VALVE!!!!! COOL!! NU

  10. Hey Today, I just got hold of a T-5 ! Yippie !!! Now I need the Adapter etc made up any Suggestions On this Process ?Measurments etc ,Thanks Nu with a 48 plym.

  12. A Buddy has the same problem with his 48 coupe, And as I looked at it to see if any adjustment could be made ? I could only cut out the 1/2 inch and reweld it to drop it into place(it was on the left side) NU
