  1. I purchased the eci front disc brake conversion kit and i have a question for anyone else who may have purchased the kit. the kit comes with a brass hydraulic manifold that has two mounting holes. the problem for me is the holes are all located in a way that if i mount it directly to the frame then the brake lines have to bent at really sharp angles as to stay above the frame . im just curious if anyone else has ever used the kit and if so where did they mount the manifold at?
  2. Thanks I know it’s hard to tell but the kit does come with king pin sets. I will for sure give the other things a thorough check. Thanks for the help.

  4. Doing some work on the fuel tank on my 51 cranbrook and I found the rubber boot that connect the tank to the down spout is dry rotted to some degree and I would like to replace it. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to get a new one? also I cut the fuel tank straps to drop the tank any suggestions on how to get new straps would be appreciated.
  5. I am in the process of fixing up my old 51 plymouth cranbrook. as of now it has no working fuel pump and is in the middle of being converted to 12v system. I was curious if anyone has any recommendations for a elctric fuel pump to use that will have the right fuel pressure.
  6. I’m having trouble installing my fuel pump correctly I imagine. I get it to bolt onto the block but when I crank the motor I get no vacuum or fuel pressure. Is it possible to miss the cam lobe? I have taken it off and on several times.
