  1. I really hope one of you with way more experience and time for this project will pick it up.
  2. Me? I'm not likely to be buying it... I do however want to see it saved. It will be a SUPER cool finished truck - I would keep the patina, get a more modern engine and transmission in it and make it into a mini RV.
  3. Lots more photos https://photos.app.goo.gl/FPqM8Ru99xoBkBuZ6
  4. FYI I sent the seller a link to this thread. He may or may not join in.
  5. Pending seeing it I was going to offer $1000 max
  6. Well I have decided not to pursue this truck. I'll post it in classifieds in a bit but you all have been so helpful that I thought I give you first look. https://longisland.craigslist.org/cto/6968102786.html Mark
  7. re: "chosen"... you'll call my wife and explain? ? I have not seen it yet. I'll post up pictures.
  8. If I did resto-mod it I would be sure to try to pass along the parts I removed to others,
  9. Make it into an RV/camper and tow a car trailer with my off-road Land Cruiser.
  10. What would you all think the towing capacity of this thing would be with stock drive train and brakes... I know that upgrading the brakes would probably be essential, which might necessitate an axle swap (down the rabbit hole we go!) (If anyone is really interested in buying this hit me up via email at mark@woytovich.com, I would be happy to see this saved by someone that cares.)
  11. Thanks all... any guidance on value? What would be an acceptable price range?
