tom'sB2B
I'm going to take a look at a 25" spitfire engine for sale next Saturday. Not much information besides photo. The throttle linkage makes me think it came out of a truck. Any info gleaned from the photo would be appreciated. Thinking that if it's a decent engine, I would rebuild at put into my B2B. BobK
If you are looking for a 265 cu in 25 inch long engine...… make sure you measure the stroke to determine that it is in fact 265 cu. in.

tom'sB2B
Thanks for the help. It turned out be a 1952, 251. Still has good compression. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on it. I got it tucked away until I figure out what to do with it ? Edited July 6, 2019 by tom'sB2B
