garyp Posted May 9, 2019 Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 Can someone please post a couple of pics of their throttle linkage for a 39 dodge or plymouth I want to see if mine is hooked up correctly I am having trouble getting mine to idle down all of the way. desoto1939 Posted May 9, 2019 Report Share Posted May 9, 2019 Gary call me at home. The long rod that comes over the top of the head has a spring and might have some washers at the end. There might be too many washers also there isa set screw at the bottom of the carb if I remember correctly should be the same setup as on my 39 desoto.
