Plymouthy Adams
I think it is great to have signature vehicles as this and the 1970 300 Hurst was always a favorite of mine and well truly followed the tradition of the personal performance luxury cars being two doors. It is hard to get truly excited with 4 doors. While the performance may well be built in by Chrysler and the paint/trim and tone and 'lettering' attributed by Hurst...the rear doors just act as a natural set of boat anchors. This car would have tipped the scales if the coach were tweaked to 2 doors as it would scream "built for you" Ah, what truly could have been. Frank Elder
It shares one glaring omittance with its Father the 70 300 hurst.....neither one comes with a hurst shifter manual or automatic. The 70 had the inland slapstick or column shift the only hurst shifter was installed in the convertible made for miss hurst Linda vaughn. Don Coatney
I recall seeing Ms Hurst at several race tracks back in the day.
