Cold Blue
I have got to take the wiper motor out of my 48 to lube it, using brake fluid, so it works as designed. Right now it is super sluggish...I got under the dash, and see that the rods that operate the wiper arms are held on by small clips, and the motor is simply bolted in place. It looks like an absolute bear to get the clip off the upper rod. I don't see how I can get to that upper rod clip. What is the secret to removing those clips? There just ain't enough room under that dash to do hardly anything! Thanks in advance!
busycoupe
I freed up the vacuum wiper moter in my 48 Dodge by squirting a little light weight oil into the vacuum tube going to the motor without taking the motor out. I did this 3 yrs. ago and it has been fine since.
