Can anyone identify this truck

Its a General Motors product, '41 or early '42, those are the only pre-war years with the headlight buckets in the fenders.  The whole two part grill is missing, so can't tell if its Chevrolet or GMC.  I'm thinking the North American truck, of course.  With that "fancy" box on the back that is not a U.S. product that I can find, I'm guessing Greg is on point with it being an Australian GM product, but I don't know if Holden was around back then, or even built trucks.  Could be a cab-on-frame sent overseas that a local company built the box for.
