Dodgeed Posted November 28, 2018 Report Share Posted November 28, 2018 (edited) Wanted to take my '51 Dodge pickup truck to the shop today to get the hand brake fixed. Went out to the garage, and it was only 28 degrees this morning. Pretty cold for this time of year, here in Wilmington, NC. Anyway, it started right up. No hesitation, just needed to warm up a bit before I took it out on the road. What a comforting feeling when these old vehicles do what they're supposed to. It was nice & toasty in the cab too. Plymouthy Adams Posted November 28, 2018 Report Share Posted November 28, 2018 assure you that in those temps, I hesitate a lot more than the old car also.....I am at the point where if necessity is driving the action there is often little action at all...it has warmed up nicely so far here and I am about out the door to do some work, this morning my bud drove down and we went to the polls and participated in a couple run off ballots for our area.
