frankendodge
Question about hood bumpers for my 1950 piolithouse truck. I have searched the treads with no luck.ive seen the bumpers that plug into holes in the bottom of the hood, but my hood dont have holes in it.just wondering what you guys used. I don't want to scratch my fenders or hood. any help or suggestions would be appreciated,
Reg Evans
How about drilling some hole in the bottom of the hood lip and then installing some of the bumpers that plug into the holes.
Merle Coggins
There should be a rubber bumper on the radiator cowl to support the front, and the hood lace across the windshield cowl supports the rear. The center shouldn’t even touch the fender. It’s close, but doesn’t touch.
