217.8 head and crank bolt torque spec

I have a 1931 Chrysler 6 CM with a 217.8 . Chrysler did not produce a shop manual for that year. Does anyone know what torque values are for head connecting rods and main crank. Also which spark plug is correct it has a champion d16 but doesn’t protrude past the head is the D89D a better choice
