TylerB46
Hey guys I’ve been trying to get my freshly rebuilt 230 started, and so far I’ve had no luck, but one thing I’ve noticed that bothers me is that while the engine turns over the crank pulley wobbles very noticeably. I took the pulley back off and it doesn’t look warped, and I also cranked the engine over without the pulley and watched the crank shaft end, and it didn’t wobble. So I don’t know why it’s doing this, any help would be great.
lonejacklarry
I would chuck it up on a drill and spin it. If it wobbles on the crank but not on the drill you've isolated the problem.

Could it be something with the crank or just a worn pulley? Cause the engine turns over fine, so if it’s just a pulley issue I’ll order a new one.
