John32369
Did the D-24 sedans, coupes and business coupes all share the same frames?
greg g
I believe so if the wheelbases are the same.
Plymouthy Adams
the D24 frames except for the 7 passenger is spec for spec the same with exception for the center body mounting pad for the two door as it's position is slightly different left to right and front to rear. I have never changed altered or clipped the D24 frame as I have the P15's but if built like the P15 this moveable mount IS set up from the factory to be able to be easily moved to preset holes for proper alignment be it 4 or 2 door application. The remaining mounts are hard rivets in fixed position, this one should be bolted on. The frame specs are given in your repair manual along with drawing for quick referencing. So yes, the coupes spec out the same and a 4 door can be used on the coupe and coupe to four door by proper position of the 'positional' mount Edited February 9, 2018 by Plymouthy Adams
