How do I find out the original color of my 1940 Plymouth P10? I know this topic has been covered before but I failed to find any reference in questions section.Neil

one usually will look in areas not commonly sprayed on a repaint, clean and polish this section and I am thinking you can go to the Autocolor Library online  for the year and model in question and compare for the color.  Keep in mind any paint mixed today to represent that color is a "close" match as the formulae has changed since the car was new and thus pigments, oils and such are no longer available to replicate the depth, shine and very color in todays paint offerings.
