dodge WC engine versus plymouth 218 p24

there seems to be in Europe (France and Germany) a market for parts used in the Dodge ex army engines... Would these Dodge engines have interchangeable parts for my Plymouth P24  /218 engine. If I look to the water distribution pipe, it looks very similar. Any thoughts from the specialists?? Where do I have to look for? This would save me a lot of time and shipmentcosts....

thanks!

yes..interchange will be possible on many engine parts.....heavy duty trucks usually got sodium filled valves with positive rotators...not sure of cam lift and duration as I have never v-blocked a flathead of any displacement...maybe a slight induction difference depending on application (governors possibly)  in your immediate need, the distribution tube will interchange.
