I am trying to remove each side of my hood from the center support to clean and check the condition. How does one go about removing these? ggdad1951 Posted August 23, 2017 Report Share Posted August 23, 2017 For a B series truck? There is a small tab bent over holding the hood wings on the center section. Fold them back in and the hood wings will slide off. Of course this means the whole hood has to be off the truck. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
