Naps are wasted on small children. But I don't remember when I last had one. Many months. I remember my father in the late '70s and early '80s would ride a bicycle home from work at lunch, fix himself something to eat, eat it, lay down on the couch and take a nap. He always woke up in time to ride back to work. Amazing. If I were to take a nap now (I'm about his age then) I would sleep way longer than a lunch break.
