homer41
It was insurance, all trim was complete and I wanted it to stay that way during a 5:40 drive. It worked! Dave

It worked! Dave Wise choice! I was behind a car that was blowing apart on the interstate once. The windshield shattered underneath my truck. I had no time to react and just braced for impact. Not fun... The trim was coming off next, after the rear window blew out. I got in front of the guy and got him to pull over. He was heartbroken over his losses. We both realized that the car he bought was just put together for a quick sale. A real shame... It was a 1970 Super Bee... Much easier to find parts for his stuff vs. ours.... Because of my experience, I think that you are brilliant!
Flatie46
I always liked the grill in those. Looks like a good project, is it pretty solid?
homer41
Seems very solid. The only rust through I have found is a spot in the trunk. Dave

casper50
In Alaska, duct tape, blue tarps and Tyvek seem to be must haves. Duct tape anything that isn't suppose to move, Alaskan's favorite roofing material seems to be blue tarps and their favorite home siding seems to be Tyvek.
