larryconnors
I've been looking for a P 15 2 door sedan. I bumped into a Deluxe and I guess I haven't seen one before. The interior is completely different from the special deluxe-different dashboard, upholstery, door panels,no horn ring. I knew about the optional second wiper and sun visor and the 9' hubcaps. What else is different? Surprisingly the deluxe has a higher NADA value probably because 50,000 were produced vs the 125,000 special deluxes. larryconnors
I thought of another thing-no chrome trim on the windshield and divider.
greg g
I have a deluxe Business coupe. The items you mentioned are correct. The window garnishes are plainer, the interior door handle escutcheons are different, as I believe are the castings for the handles. The small panel that holds the heater defrost controls and lighter is not chrome. there is no interior courtesy light. under the dash, the dome light on mine has only the manual switch on the door post, rubber floor mat should be throughout the car. John Reddie
My father had a 1946 P15 Deluxe which was as described with the plain dasboard and no horn ring. I also remember that it did not have armrests on the doors as well. John R
