What's he driving?

Picture attached is of my wife's great grandfather. He was a one of the first Finns in her family to officially receive a massachusetts issued driving license. He owned several business coupes in his life and I am wondering if the car in this photo is a dodge? My wife's great aunt told us before she passed that he had driven the dodge coupe to Washington state to visit her in the early 40's when they had relocated to work for in the airframe industry out there. I never met Matti, but I feel this photo speaks loudly about him. We named our son Matthew after both great grandfathers as it happens my great grandfather was also named Matthew. However Matti is our preference for everyday use.

1941 Plymouth P12

looks like a 1941 Plymouth P12

Since there is so little to go by from the picture

The ivory colored rectangular trim (with the red vertical stripes) on the door (inside garnish molding

deducing that this is the only car I know with that exact trim

I figured someone would recognize the window garnish.  The only thing familiar to me is the vent window and shape of the window trim on the roll up portion.

That inside window molding was not used on all 1941 cars, I think only P12/Special Delux's got them.......my old P11 certainly didn't..............andyd

Bingo! First batch of photos I went through. Probably the same car he was driving in the first I age. Also a couple others that were good enough to share. Seems to be a 40's chrysler sedan in there too.
