lotsodarts
I have a 53 Cranbrook club coup with a badly damaged passenger door. A friend just picked up two 54 Suburban wagons, would the doors from the wagon fit the coup? I have not yet taken any measurements but they look like they might be interchangable. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks
B-Watson
Yes, the 1953-54 Plymouth (P-24, P-25) and Dodge (D-43, D-49) 2 door shells are the same for the 2 door sedan, 2 door club coupe, 2 door business coupe and the 2 door Suburban. The 114" wheelbase US Dodge 2dr Suburbans also used the same door.
lotsodarts
Thanks Bill, i was expecting to have a diffiult time locating a replacement door. As it seems that you "have way too much time on your hands" maybe you could point me to the paint code info that i am sure is on this site somewhere, but i have not had time to look up?
