Still ticking along + brake question

Finally had some spare time that coincided with decent weather to work on a few parts to bring back to the Dodge to get it going. I have a brand new looking intake and exhaust manifold ready to put on. I repaired my electric choke, brazed some threads onto the manifold to hold it in place. I've got pretty much everything to put the brakes back together but I noticed one of the felt washers that go in the metal cup has disintegrated. Anyone have a source or suitable replacement?

Brad..go to the arts and craft store..buy a bit of felt..cut you a narrow band for the cup..you may have to double it up but should more than do the job for lubing the pivot pin...it does not have to be original to function...and trying to get one may keep you off the road longer than you wish..
