Nice Mazda. This is our 07. Last year for these in the US. I'd love to be able to buy one of the new 2014s.

This is actually my second MS3.  I originally had a red one which I sold and bought a Mini Cooper.  I missed it so I sold the Mini and bought this one a few months ago.

it appears you have a drain  in your drive way,,,perfect car guy  carport,,,,

First pic is of the station wagon the first day I had it showing it to father-in-law. 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT-8. Full exhaust, Mopar intake, Bully Dog tuning. Its fun having a station wagon that will out run a new SS Camaro. Had it since 2012. Brown truck has been with me since high school. 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 24v Cummins w/ 5 Spd. Started off with 37k miles and now we are over 204k. Started life completely stock and now is far from it. 6.7 Cummins VGT swap with PDI two piece exhaust manifold and Fleece VGT Controller, AFE Intake, Banks intake horn, raised aluminum intake plate, AirDog 110, DDP 50hp injectors, Edge Juice w/Attitude, 4in MBRP exhaust, South Bend CON FE Clutch, BD short shift kit, BD adjustable track bar, BD steering box brace, Moog front tie rods, and then all of the exterior changes. Pic is from dyno event last year. Made 350hp and 750 tq to the wheels. Pulled the P15 home from Canon City, CO and got 18 mpgs hand calculated. Last pic is of my late grandfathers 1946 Mercury with a '49 Flathead. He parked it there in 1960 and it hasnt moved. Im building my P15 first because its my project. The Mercury will be a long restoration. Sorry the pic is so small.

My wife drives a silver 06 Mazda 3 with the 2.0, nothing too crazy, but gets good fuel mileage and gets us around.

Very nice Flatty!!!!!! I'm running a pair of the same ribbed steel foot boards on my Panhead.....I believe they were only produced for a few years during the war (also have an original pair of the rubber/rivet style).

Correct ! Rubber was rationed during the war.

 

This is a rare civilian model, only 266 produced. WPB approved to be sold to a hospital in Susquehanna PA.

WOW dlrides...!! I have a UL also. 1937. Outstanding! Built mine from parts, started February 2013, finished January 2014. Have 650 miles on it at the moment. Flatheads forever! :)

Nice build !

 

I've had knuckles before, and the UL is way more dependable and have the same HP as a 61in knuckle.

Interesting, I rode a Knuck for about 15 or more years. Loved the knuck. They even called me: "Knucklehead Ken" back in the day. (may not have had anything to do with the bike!) But my first Harley was a 45, so my heart belongs to the flathead.

 

It's true, the 74 inch flathead makes the same power as a 61 inch OHV, and the 80 flathead the same as a 74 inch OHV. The flatheads are not underpowered, and I believe the flatheads are a bit lighter than the OHV's/Knucks, and center of gravity is certainly lower, mine really really feels nice in a hard corner. Yep, really got to love them.

 

It's funny, I was planning to build a Pan, was looking for one the same year that I was born, couple of deals fell through, then I came across that/my/UL engine, rebuilt, at a really low price...I mean at a price the "rebuildable" engines were/are going for. So...that's how I wound up building that bike. (who we call "The Little Mistress")

 

Okay, very cool. Keep that UL rolling.

Another of my rides...is  a 1950 Town and Country 8 cylinder "still in the wood crate" hardtop to go with my 1950 NewYorker  all steel 8 cylinder hardtop.

Both low production Chryslers.

Both low production Chryslers.

Bob, You are over the limit in lumbered cars. I have reported you to the Infernal Diversion of Unified Distribution of Harvested Forestry Preserves (IDUDHFP). Suggest you send me 2-3 crated cars to avoid severe penalization and incarceration. ;)

While it's not quite "my other ride," it is within the family!

 

Here's my parent's 1967 Mercedez-Benz 250SL "California Coupe." These pictures show it with the hardtop installed. It has a factory 3rd seat that folds down in the back, which prevents a soft-top from being used.

 

The 250SL was my Grandfather's dream car, and he finally purchased it after retiring from the navy.

I have three old Mopars: 1948 Dodge D25 Club Coupe, 1951 Dodge D39 Business coupe presently under restoration, and an all original 1953 Plymouth Belvedere 4-Door. All are Canadian built cars so both Dodges are really Plymouths with Dodge trim and a different car to the American Dodges.

 

However, I do own and drive one non-Mopar, a 1963 Ford :eek: Fairlane 500 with the 260 CID V8. Car is a survivor with only the blue paint being redone many years ago. I bought it as a dailly drive in 1979 and it just became a keeper and summer driver. Too much snow, cold, and chemicals in the winter.

 

I have to admit, although not a Mopar, it is a very sweet car to drive and will cruise comfortably at 70+ all day. Now has about 102,000 miles on it and the engine has never been opened.

Don,  Please don't say I have too many termite cars!!!

You will be happy to know I have appointed you to be the executor of my estate.

Your administator duties pay will be the pick of any of my cars.

Please Note: There are thirty three heirs to deal with... from Anchorage to Nairobi. But I know you can handle it!

My Tacoma has the same issue, maybe worse: car springs on a truck. If you put real springs on a light truck it gets too bouncy for the masses....

So far I have only added a rear stabilizer bar, but that has helped drivability a lot.

 

Toyota recalled like 1/4 million for weak springs. You might, if you were a total airhead, drive a Tacoma with a broken spring long enough to gash a brake line or the plastic gas tank. I've got two letters, but no new springs yet.

This was My 6th car, built the engine from scratch & hopped up a little, taken circa '78. 1966 VW fastback ~1800cc stroked w/ dual webers, Long gone...

My '04 Kawasaki Nomad. This has about 45k on the clock & runs great. I was still pretty fat in that photo. Over 200 lbs for sure.
