I spent alot of time with the wire brush, and used Purple Power Rust Converter several times, before painting on 2 of the wheels. This time, I did a different type cleaning, on the remaining wheels. I used Arm and Hammer Washing Powder, a 12 volt charger, in a plastic container. After 5 hours in the tank, the worse wheel came out pretty good. It needs a couple more hours in the tank though...
