Jeff Balazs
Guy's; This truck just crack's me up. Now where am I going to find NOS corks for this? I suppose the smaller one triggers a low level alarm. Too funny! Jeff
HanksB3B
Gosh Jeff, every time I see you, you're holding a wine bottle. I think you'll be able to figure it out. Maybe a Marine Supply Store?, Hank P.S. You even posted this twice so you must have at least one cork available.

Young Ed
You don't need cork to have a float. My p15 has a gas tank sender float off a 94 dakota.

I'll go further and say you don't want a cork float. Cork floats were coated in shellac to keep them from absorbing liquid over time. Ethanol in modern gas attacks shellac. Worst comes to worse, buy a generic universal sending unit and use the float off of it.
Rusty O'Toole
Hardware stores sell corks of assorted sizes up to quite large ones for thermos bottles. You should be able to get some that are suitable. They are easy to cut and sand down. Use epoxy or gas tank sealer to seal.
