Don Coatney
Way back when (just out of high school in 1965) I had a 63 Dodge two door. This was a 318 powered car that had at one time been a full out drag racer as it had cut out panels in the inner fender wells for big block headers and a floor shifter 3 speed transmission. I removed the front bumper, cranked the torsion bars up to raise the front end, and went to the drag strip. The entry judge deemed my car a Gasser in the "E" class. I won the (E) "easy gas" trophey that night.

Joe Flanagan
What do we have there? Some Old Spice, some Right Guard, and a suspicious brown package that looks like it's been recently opened . . .

BobT-47P15
That is an unusual gasser......pretty cool looking even though not a Mopar.
Don Coatney
probably your orders to report to the military.. Looking closer that picture was taken in 1969 or 1970. The Dopp Kit was a gift from my girl friend and I still have it. The painted rock is also still around here somewhere. I think the brown envelope contains a book with pictures of my Army basic training and I also have it around here somewhere. I got the STP sticker when I raced at Bonneville in 1969. The girly magazines were under my mattress where my mom could not find them:o
Cpt.Fred
Yep, no Mopar, so of course i marked it as OT, but i really, really would love to hear it cackle... The interiour is outrageous! One should fix it up very carefully and drive it as is. I really like gassers, but i have never seen a 32 sedan of any kind turned into one and still look cool. don, nice bedroom alright, but a picture of your 63 dodge "easy gasser" would be even better... Joe Flanagan
The girly magazines were under my mattress where my mom could not find them:o Another bit of nostalgia. Does anyone hide anything under the mattress anymore? Nowadays I guess people just delete their browsing history.
