Guest Twig's54 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 Hello everyone, nice to be here, good to see all the fellow fans! I have a '54 Fargo that i have owned since i was 14. I redid all the original Brakes, steering, and front suspension, painted it '70 Purple, installed '69 challenger ralleys and some other minor mods. It sports a V8 that has proven to be next to impossible to find parts for and drove it to my Grad and several others. Now i am 32 now and it has sat for 10years:( . So my thoughts now are to remove the body and start all over, I would like to know if someone out there has allready figured out what newer chassis with IFS, power steering, disc brakes etc. will fit under it without having to build a new chassis from scratch. i have bought a '94 Dodge shortbox that i was going to use as a donor but things don't look good for using it.
