View, CA to Detroit MI last August for Woodward Dream Cruise. I enjoyed the AC a lot. I did have heat issues a few times but I learned how to correct it, and it is perfect now. You wont be sorry. Don Coatney Posted February 27, 2007 Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 Finally got by the local auto AC place and bought my stubs, and an inline service port so I can attach my binary switch for low pressure cutout and also high pressure cutout. Have mocked up my hoses, cut to length..oriented the fittings and ready to take to the shop for correct size hose and crimps. Tim; What car? Rodger S-11 Posted February 27, 2007 Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 Hola All My A/C unit is hanging/mounted to the passenger side door. I refill the water level at every gas stop and it is always a conversation started with others ah galkin at it. The biggest problem I have with it, is to look twice to the right for other traffic. My neighbor across the street could use some easy to follow 1-2-3 type of directions for his 1950 Windsor though.
