P-15 Rear Seat Springs

Norm is correct. Have not ever measured, but those side pieces do take up a bit

more space.

And, my seat back has a piece of plywood on the back of it. I think the

coupe seat is just open to the springs. Reason for the wood is - the seat back is

the front side of the top well.

You, or an upholstry shop guy, could probably make the seat a slight bit

shorter to fit.

Right, Norm.......the package tray is there, just sits down in behind the top of the

cushion.

On occasion, I have thought about getting a coupe bottom cushion and having it

cut down to where it was more narrow from front to back (as well as shorter in

length.) So it was not so close to the front seat. There is only about 6 inches

between the original rear seat and back of the front seat. Not so comfy

a deal for back seat passengers. I can only scoot the front seat forward so far

before the steering wheel hits my tum-tum. (I know, need to lose a few pounds)
