John Burke Posted January 2, 2007 Report Share Posted January 2, 2007 Well we have about 1/2 of the car sanded now...One of my son-in-laws helped me for about a day with the sanding...He told me how when he was a 10 yr. old boy in Mexico, he sanded cars for body shops for 20 pesos a car. By hand. That was about $2.00 dollars then. I also got the radiator for the motor and AC mounted. It took forever to fabricate all of the little brackets and stuff but it came out pretty neat and tidy...The electric fan is mounted on the radiator and has about 1/2 inch of clearance between it and the motor.
