  1. Trying to right some wrongs from previous owners. On a stock B4B, is there supposed to be a rubber fuel hose section between the hard line coming from the tank and the fuel pump? Also, is there supposed to be a fuel filter attached to the carb input port? I'm trying to find drawings or photos to no avail. Can someone post a photo?
  2. Replacing the rear engine seal on my '53 Pilothouse B4B. Just trying to line up my ducks before diving into this. I welcome any advice from those who have replaced their engine seals. 1. What items should I be looking at buying before the Job? I'm thinking that at the least, I'll need an oil pan gasket and the rear engine seal kit. 2. Is there anything else I should consider doing while I have the pan dropped? 3. What's the realistic Pain In The Ass Factor for this job? Thanks!
  3. On a B4B, how does one tell if it equipped fluid drive? Thanks!
  4. I recently saw a '53 Pilothouse 1/2 ton that is painted all-black except for the correct yellow wheels. I have not seen all black before, was that an offering in 1953? Crossposted to Pilothouse group. Thanks!
