I have a 1930 dodge dd 6 with overdrive. the 189 ci engine just doesn't have the power to pull the overdrive in high gear pulling a grade. Does anyone have any info on wither the bellhousing bolt pattern will bolt up to a 230.. In the 2014 November issue of Hemmings Classic Car mag there is an article of a 1930 phaeton with a 217 installed. It would seem that it was a bolt in deal, but I don't believe everything I read. Can anyone help.
