RHD and LHD have the same geatboxs, my 51 dodge is RHD and I had to find a cross over linkage for the gearshift control rod to work and the cable comes from the gear change on the column. I can send you some photos of the crossover linkage when it arrives if that helps ?

Hi Everyone, I'm new here and to the forums, Is there anyone that can help with photos or diagrams on setting up my gearbox linkages as I have all the rods on the left side on the gearbox but due to maybe 1-2 pieces missing from the steering column its a bit hard to figure it out. I am using a fluid drive gearbox if that helps. All help is much appreciated
