  1. 10-9: Had the day off work just to do some maintenance on the Meadowbrook and enjoy myself. ? Stopped at friend's to pick him up. He'd be letting me into his son's shop at his place of business so I could use the hoist.
  2. Noah, do you have new motor mounts on hand? If so, where did you get them? Good luck with the fix!
  3. 19-6: Then on to MGM for some Tuesday night brewskies. ? A woman stopped me on the way in and wanted to be educated on my car. I was shocked, not many women ask about it. I gladly obliged. I also stopped at the public library to grab some books for my daughter, but forgot to snap a picture.
  4. 10-6: After work I hit Fleet Farm for a few supplies. This pic was after I came out of the store. Nobody was anywhere near me when I pulled in!?
  5. 10-6: Ready to pull out of the garage for work. Pic 2: At work. When I drive the Meadowbrook in, I wish the drive was a little longer! Lots of smiles from fellow motorists.
  6. This was the grand finale drop. 250lb pumpkin into a kiddie pool filled with water!!
  7. 10-4: Every year they have a pumpkin drop. The crane raises 2 men in a cage up 150ft. and they drop pumpkins, squash, watermelons, etc. onto the pavement. The crowd roared! It was great fun!? Big white pumpkin falling in this pic.
  8. 10-4: My favorite car was this '83 AMC Eagle 4WD. 40k original miles.
  9. 10-4: There was a good turnout of cars. 3+ good rows. It was nice to see everyone out having fun. A lot of people were poking their heads inside my car. One couple wanted to know the history of it. You know how that goes... I'm more than happy to talk ?
  10. 10-4: I parked next to this Camaro/57 Chevy thing. Weird! A nice row of cars including a black 55 Chevy which looked an awful lot like Harrison Ford's in American Graffiti. The blue 69 Roadrunner on the end (I didn't get a better pic) the owner bought new in '69 for $3100.
  11. 10-4-20: Getting ready to take off for a car show in town? Perfect day, sunny and upper 50s. Donations for the show benefitted the Freedom Honor Flight for Veterans, and the spaghetti dinner benefitted the Elks Lodge foundation.
  12. 10-3: The Meadowbrook always looks good parked by any church. On the way home the drone sounds of the engine put wifey to sleep!? We'll go out soon for more fun ?
  13. Another fall pic, and a heroes memorial downtown.
  14. 10-3: Snapped the pics of the dash and door panel while wife was getting coffee from Kwik Trip. We took a cruise upriver to Kellogg, MN just because. The Meadowbrook ran perfect. 55mph and lots of fall colors. This pic was from downtown Kellogg. A man and his wife in their 70s pulled alongside us and were happy to see the car.
  15. 10-3: I don't remember any water ever coming in the side windows since I've owned the car (unless you count the one time I used a pressure washer). If that door panel could talk....
  16. Quick pic of my crusty dash. Jeez I should really clean that ?
  17. 10-3: Parked at a friend's outdoor wedding. Just wifey and me. ?
  18. 10-3: Filled up with gas this morning. Then filled up the minivan. When backing up in front of our house, the van's camera was full of Meadowbrook!?
  19. Let us know what the problem is please.
  20. 10-2: Rogue DQ stop! No kids! Just my wife and I in the Meadowbrook for once. 2 strawberry sundaes with whipped cream ? Heater cranked; cooked us out so had to turn it off and crack a window ?
  21. 10-2: At the bank drive-thru after work. Then later, at the Cathedral for a quick prayer. The Cathedral and the Meadowbrook were both built in '51.
  22. 10-2-20: At work 6:55am. 36 degrees; heater on full blast ? That's the moon in the background.
