    Started out as a "minor" restoration...... yeah, right....... Somehow, it WILL be done by April 1st.

    I am soooooo pumped!!!! I have my vintage trailer all torn down and doing a rebuild, but she WILL be ready for the beginning of our trip around March 30th. We will take a week to get there and a week to get back. By the way, Tim, where is a good place to camp near your place?

    well after 2 years of unsuccessful attempts at getting the time off for this shindig, I finally hit the lottery!!!!! California here I come!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!! Wifey and I will take a leisurely week long stroll down there for the bbq and another leisurely week long stroll home again. Gonna pull our vintage 1964 Aladdin travel trailer down there and back. Truck wont be ready

    Jason, before you pull the trigger, you had better do a bit of homework, namely checking track width to make sure the tires will fit under the fenders. A Dodge Dakota is a great fit, but anything wider might be a disaster.

    we used to do the Christmas eve thing when I was a kid, but when I got married, we went to the traditional Christmas day event. Looks like we might get a white Christmas here this year. We shall see. Merry Christmas to all!!!
