  2. Does anyone know when ply went from starter rod through the firewall to operate starter to the key operated starter. Would like to convert my 1937 ply to eliminate the hole in the fire wall. Thanks

  4. Just getting ready to install manifold will look for those leaks. Thanks for that info from Langdon . have read before that the water was needed for proper operation. Will deal with leaks when they show their ugley face.

  6. When I put headers on I will need the water for the carbs but now I will bolt up to the stock exhaust. Where did you hook up for your vacume wipers?
  7. Casper 50 what brand of exhaust headers r u using . do they clear the stock fuel pump?
  8. Uncle pekka and Casper yours is the same as mine. Is it water cooled? I didn't think it was. Do I get my vacume hook up from the threaded hole on the side towards the rear? Thanks for the help For the windshield wippers
  9. It has what looks like two steel plugs on bottom of manifold. I think if you put water in it it would fill the intake ports .
  10. Manifold not on car yet . I don't think its water cooled .if you look through hole you can see out the rear port that mounts to block
  11. Working on my eBay bought dual carb manifold with limited directions and was wondering if one of those threaded holes on the side of the manifold is for the hookup for the vacume wipers. Possible the hole closest to the fire wall. Thanks
  12. Finally got the handle problem fixed. The problem was me didn't have the holes big enough in the panel to allow the handle to recess when you tried to put the pin in. Made them larger problem solved . thanks again
  13. Thanks for the info. That's the way I have it . Handel real hard to get on. Heading out there and double check my self.
