  1. Thanks for posting the video, Rockwood. I have been on those highways around Winnipeg and being able to watch you traveling on them in your Fargo was a real treat!
  2. I got my carb kit from Mike's Carb Parts. I have a Ball and Ball E7T1 and the kit number was K1142. I found it quite satisfactory and the rebuilt carb works good.
  3. Jeff, I used this tire calculator, http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/infoTireMath.do , changing just tires from 75 series to 60 series seemed to give you about a 10 percent drop in speed which would be close to giving you the change in ratio. But my math may be wrong so you better check the numbers.
  4. I found the chrysler part number 635 537 in the parts list and crossed that to a raybestos WC3595 for the left front and left rear wheel cylinder, which as far as I can tell, crosses to a NAPA number NUP3595, which is a 1 1/4 by 1 3/8 cylinder. Similarily the right front and right rear is a raybestos WC3596 which crosses to NAPA number NUP3596. Does anyone here know if I have got it right? Thanks for your help.
  5. I found it! It's a great site for information I need, thanks very much.
  6. Is that the search box at the top of the page? I tried that but it didn't yield the right results. It is possible I somehow made a mistake.
  7. I have been following this thread as I have to fix the brakes on my B2D (Fargo version of it), so the NAPA numbers for the wheel cylinders would be a real help, MBFowler. My local NAPA can't seem to find any numbers but I suspect they don't know how to search for them. Thanks for your help.
  8. Jeff, you will probably see a very noticeable improvement when you install the heat shield and spacer. I installed one in my inline 6 ford engine in one of my trucks and it completely solved the problem of hard starting when hot. I will follow what results you get and if it works then I will install a similar system on my Fargo. Very interesting thread.
  9. Those prices seem really good compared to some auto stores here in Canada. I need to order some brake parts for my Fargo and was thinking about Rock Auto. Did you have to pay duty to get the parts across the border?
