  1. Which linkage in the photo are you talking about?
  2. https://scarebird.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=64&product_id=97 great product, easy parts to find and replace for the future.
  3. your going to love the scarebird kit, if you havent received it already. i was highly impressed with how easy it was, especially with all the different parts from make and models. the hardest part about it was taking the rotors to my work and opening up the pilot hole from 2.73" to 2.81" on the lathe. it took about 5 minutes.
  4. Thanks for the information. Very much appreciated. Next question, what do I do about this transmission. All I can get is first and reverse, second and third gear are impossible to find. I'm guessing the issue is in the steering column being the week link. Could be wrong. Thanks again.
  5. positive its a 3 speed on the steering column. clutch pedal is black, so i am assuming its just a standard manual transmission correct? if so, does anyone know the model name?
  6. i understand these cars came with a Hy Drive, but is this standard 3 speed or is there another transmission? if there is i can't seem to find any info on it...
  7. like the title says, i own a 1954 Belvedere and am having a hell of a time with the stock 3 spd. i am curious if summit racing universal 3 spd floor mount shifter will work with my transmission to by pass the column shifter. does anyone have any info on this? any help will be appreciated, thanks again, andy.
