The car sack just reminded me of one of my dogs when I was a little younger. Had a model T ford touring. Went to the hardware one day and when i got out of the car my dog was sitting on the running board. Didn't even know it. My aunt said she always knew when i was comming home because the dog would run to the end of driveway a few minites b/4 I got there. Another day another time long ago. Bill

My son was 6yrs old b/4 he was taken to a car show and my dog was always left at home because other people should not have to put with my kids or pets. Having said that I once saw a small dog in someones lap when someone came walking buy with a big DOG ON A LISH. For some reason the small dog decided to bark just once and the big dog about bit him in half b/4 they could get him off. If we start to see more and more dogs at shows we are going to see more fights. IT will happen and I hope you arn't the one who gets seued or worse yet have it on your conscious that your dog for some unknown reason bit a child in the face. My two cents is worth 0 Bill

A car show is for cars. If i want to trip over dogs i can just stay home wher my dog belongs and is. Bill

I have a o/d still in the crate I bought 3yrs ago. It was gone through and shipped to me and I have never installed it. already hase the ebrake installed and comes with sol for carb and gasket for between bellhousing & trans. No mater where you get a trans be sure you use a gasket in front of trans. $1000.00 shipped any place in us.

Greg, I think you are using the 700r4. If so and it hunts get a lock up kit from Bowtie overdrives. A lot of info & works great. Look them up on the internet. Bill

You will need 12 volts to lock up the conv. Wilcox makes a kit with everything you need to to hook a 700r4 to your l6.

I built a 46 dodge truck for my wife about 10yrs ago 4.3 700r4 pink on a s10 frame. great running engine.

Line your hood up with the cowl then adjust the the front clip to fit the hood.

Remove the rear springs and turn them upside down on a level surface. Now measure the center of spring to ground. They should be the same. If you want to drop the truck 2" put spring in a press and gently bend in about 6 places until you are 2" lower. Thats how spring shops rearch them.

I use to have a 46 Dodge WC with a 4.3 chev in it. I went to jiffy lub to have my oil changed B4 going on a trip because I was running late. The manager came out and told me they couldn't change my oil because 46 Dodge was not in his system. OK -
